Ive been using this with reformer pilates for a few months. I love it. It doesn’t move. Its comfortable and cute. I get lots of compliments on it. Highly recommended.

This mat has a nice, rubberized backing that will grip the carriage of your reformer. It is the same material as you'd find in a mouse pad. The top is a soft, slightly flocked material with the design. The grippy surface on the back is quite extensive and holds it in place on the reformer very well.We have 2 different reformers, and the mat is a little too wide for one of them, but it fits the AeroPilates reformer perfectly. The soft material is nice as it keeps sweat off the carriage and is easy to clean.

Love this Pilates mat! It’s colorful and soft, but doesn’t slide on the reformer! Only catch so far is I don’t know how to wash it. I need to read the listing again, maybe it’s in there, but no instructions sent with the mat.

I didn't feel that it didn't anything for me. So I returned it
