Can't go to the gym? Bring it to you 💪This lockdown has been tough for me especially on my fitness, because of the ease to a gym at work I usually used to work out right before work. But post lockdown I haven't been able to do any sort of workout at all apart from regular walks. I only wish I was told about this product a bit earlier. This one's a definite game changer. I can do pretty much most of my gum exercises at home now without the trouble of weights. I only wish my friend recommended this to me a bit earlier. But if you're at home like me and miss your workouts this one's definitely for you

Not very elasticy.
These bands are a bit more like slightly elasticated ropes than resistance bands. The give in the stretch bottoms out really quickly, just leaving you feeling like you're pulling on a rope. Quite strange. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy again personally.

Awful
Snapped the first time it was ever used. Both handles frayed completely mid bicep curl and caused me to punch myself in the face. These are quite frankly dangerous and awfully made pieces of equipment and I cannot believe amazon were so righteously promoting them.
