This is a great seasoning packet and easy to prepare. What I like most about the seasoning is the convenience - you just add ground meat - perfect for when you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, but want something different. I got a tip from a Thai friend to add a dollop of peanut butter and a splash of lemon -- and sure enough, that brought the dish to a whole new level.

I love this seasoning. It was fresh. In the past I had purchased some locally that were 'stale'. When looking at it, it should be a burnt orange color it it's fresh, if it looks mostly brown it has gone bad.
