GROHE18027BE0 Atrio Lever handles

These handles were lovely, but they didn't work with my shower set up. You must have Grohe- compatible cartridges/stems. I wanted to make these work, so I emailed (and later called) the Grohe customer service team to ask what additional products I needed to purchase to install these handles. I was even open to purchasing different handles for my specific use case, if needed. The customer service team was not at all helpful, and frankly condescending. If you're a DIY homeowner, like me, I would steer clear of these. There's no way to get information on how to install these and any attempt to get information is hardly worth your time.

We purchased these to go with a Grohe faucet for a bathroom and they work great! Very stylish and love the shiny Chrome finish. You can't go wrong with a Grohe product! Many of the faucets they sell have different handle sets that can go with them so keep this in mind if you are looking at this and wondering why you have to purchase handles.

Missing two critical parts. Install impossible.
