Great product !
You can always trust Hawkins. I like the blue color, the non stick is great and the lid very sturdy.I wish Hawkins had a terracotta kadhai product too.

The simple differences:a. it's a ceramic nonstick that does not leach harmful chemicals into food like plastic ceramicsb. it's an Indian brand and that it's cheaper than some of the other brandsBut, the ceramic coating chips and I don't know how much aluminum I am eating now. It works though.
