Times Tables Activity Book (Maths Activity Books)

This is a great product for reinforcing times table education. The pages are in an easy to understand format with a convenient “cheat sheet” on the left hand side of the page. It’s really great. I have purchased it more than once for the same child since they enjoy it so much.

Really logically organized and full of creative ways to get my daughter to practice her times tables. It's really fun. so fun that I want to do the pages for her. But she won't let me.

My kid loved the flaps. The pages are also very colourful with many beautiful illustrations. Makes the whole process of learning times tables a lot more enjoyable.

My son really liked the addition and subtraction book, so I figured we’d give this one a try. The activities aren’t as varied as in the last book, but they’re still pretty fun. Having the times table on the side of the page for the first part of the book is kind of nice for a kid who is new to multiplication (like my son was), but might be too easy for an older kid. The only down side for us was that it didn’t come with stickers. The cover in the listing says “with lots of stickers” but the version we got says “with lots of activities”. Maybe that’s why the activities seem more repetitive than the addition and subtraction book, which used stickers in a really engaging way.

Great book

Es un libro de buena calidad, en inglés pero de esta manera el niño/a puede familiarizarse con nuevas palabras. Los juegos son muy sencillos por lo que tampoco es necesario tener un gran nivel para comprender las actividades propuestas. En mi caso lo hemos estado utilizando como complemento a las actividades del libro conforme iba aprendiendo las tablas a modo de repaso. No me parece un cuaderno caropara los recursos que proporciona. Por otro lado incrementa hasta la tabla del 12 algo que está bastante bien y da un extra al niño.

My eight year old wasn't feeling very confident about learning multiplication. This booked is actually pretty great in simplifying multiplication and made her feel better about her abilities. It's nicely organized and the illustrations are cute and engaging. Learning math isn't fun for most kids, but this book made it easier to get her to actually look at problems and engage with learning new concepts!

It's a help when needed

This is an absolutely fantastic times tables activity book. There's lots of fun and imaginative activities to help kids practice and learn their times tables. There's also stickers for some of the activities which makes it more interactive and keeps the kids interested for longer. The only downside is that the times tables are presented backwards to how we learn them in the UK (i.e. we learn 1 x 2 = 2, 2 x 2 = 4, 3 x 2 = 6, however the book does 2 x 1 = 2, 2 x 2 = 4, 2 x 3 = 6), but it's not a problem and if anything is probably quite helpful in teaching the kids that it doesn't matter which way round you do the times table, the answer is still the same.
