I have a very rare and expensive Montblanc pen. I could not find refills anywhere. These are exactly what I needed. My pen is short, maybe about 3 to 4 inches long at the most. This fit. It is a heavy line when writing with it. However, I like that. So some may prefer the medium. But this is exactly what I wanted. I write a lot, the ink doesn’t smudge. I have used the medium in another Mont Blanc pen and like a very much.
