I have tried multiple flanges/sizes/pumps/inserts, you name it. First time mom who’s exclusively pumping and also learned about having elastic nipples. Pumping with elastic nipples IS A CHALLENGE. everyone is different but these flanges have made a huge difference in my pumping time and output. Still new to using the flanges but so far I’m very happy. I ordered a 17mm and measure a 17mm. With elastic nipples you don’t want to size up, stay true to size. This has worked best for me. These flanges definitely help to hold back breast tissue and areola from being drawn into the flange. So far 10/10 recommend.

These flanges are perfect for those of us bigger cheasted women. The larger flange makes them easy to use. They function as intended and don’t move around a lot. You will need a smaller brush to clean all the crevasses.The pink rubber edges make them super comfy, so worth the money

so ordered 8 different flanges to see what I liked the best and these were by far the best. The soft edges are so much more comfortable than hard plastic. they have also held up great, and are easy to clean.

I love these flanges for how they fit but more importantly that I have 3 different pump brands and they work well with each one! I have 8 of these flanges and I would not buy another brand if I had to replace any of them!

I prefer the more oval shaped and these worked but were not that comfortable! The plastic on the edge was a little sharper and harder than others I have used.

It has a good seal but it all depends on your breast size

Oh man, what a relief to find shields that actually fit, for my itty bitty and elastic nips.

My sizing changed and I had to go down a flange size. I had previously tried the classic style flange from maymom and just found it uncomfortable and it would intermittently pinch my breast against the edge of the flange. I also used the dome style flanges for a while and those were better than the classic but they did occasionally pinch as well. These are far more comfortable overall and zero pinching! I found them largely effective while pumping and extremely comfortable. I could almost forget I was pumping. Highly recommend if this style is available in you're required size!

No leaks, fit in medella and no pain

I needed smaller attachments than what Medela could provide. I was worried that they wouldn’t be compatible but they are!

Great quality. Have used, washed and sterilized these many times and they have held up in perfect condition. 100% recommend. Was recommended to me by a friend who is a lactation consultant.
