First, I want to say that I thoroughly researched walking pads for 2 months. I have worked from home since 2018, well before the pandemic so I already had a routine established but it wasn't enough activity. I never splurge on myself....ever. But for my mental and physical health, I knew I needed to do something like this. I seen a St. Judes walking challenge for September and that is what prompted me to buy this!I looked at about 17 different machines. Seriously. I logged the weight capacity, speeds, price and reviews to narrow down my selection to 3. At that point I determined that the Toputure had a good review, good LED display, a fitness app feature, 300lb weight limit (something that was a must. I am a large boned female, 5'10 and my weight fluctuates from 230-255. I'm hoping to drop that number to around 190-200lbs) top speed is 6.2mph! Some others only went to 3.8mph and that isn't fast enough if someone wants to jog or run. I don't plan to run, but I wanted the option in case. It has a long length necessary for tall people with big strides! The price range was within my budget with an available coupon, shipping was free with Prime plus it was within my time-frame of wanting it to arrive. With all those met requirements I purchased it.It arrived early, so that was the first plus. Box was heavy but manageable. It was packaged very well and it looks like a well made, durable machine. Easy set up. It has front wheels. I purchased an exercise mat separately since this was going to be on carpet. It has a remote. There is no pause function, but research showed that was not a common feature on almost all that I looked at. The LED display is nice and actually touchscreen although I'm not sure if that's useful since I use the remote for everything.I downloaded the Fitshow app. It is bluetooth and connects quickly. I've been logging my walks. Still learning the app. This did not come with any silicone lubricant but I plan to purchase a small bottle, not a huge deal. The booklet gives instruction on belt adjustment and a tool for that, in which I've not had to use. I've been walking 2.4-2.7 mph and the belt is durable, sound is quiet, when I'm walking it's louder obviously with my shoes hitting on the pad. I wish it had a longer cord, so I will be purchasing a surge protected extension cord. I also bought a bigger/wider sit to stand desk for the walking pad to easily slide up to. It's kinda hard to briskly walk freely without holding onto something, so I have my desk or work chair nearby for support. I've been walking 1-1.3 miles a day for the 2 weeks that I've had this. I plan to slowly increase the distance each week. So far I am extremely pleased with my purchases and decisions to buy this. It has changed my work from home routine for the better. The media could not be loaded.  It looks and feels like a well made product even the mat. It does not feel flimsy or cheap. Display is nice and big. Remote functions smoothly. It's relatively quiet. One person can move it around easily with the wheels. Picking it up requires some strength 💪 It wasn't too hard for me but I did strain a little bit as it's about 50lbs. The delivery guy had no problem putting this on my doorstep. I am not in the best shape.It looks modern feels solid functions with zero issues. I would buy another one. Came nicely packaged no damage not even the box. Will update if issues pop up but out of the box it's plug n play and I am happy with this purchase 😁

I don’t like the fact that you can’t pause the machine. Also, it doesn’t come with lubricant.

I saw mostly good reviews for this walking pad and then I got mine. Horrible! It's a chance I wouldn't take again and it made me really skeptical about any other one's, as well.The moment I took it out of the box I had issues. I was only able to walk on it, really, ONCE and that was for a whole 2 MINUTES. I was at 3 mph and it just suddenly STOPPED without a warning and it sent me flying backwards. Good thing there was a wall there or I really could've hurt myself. That was the second time I tried to go on it. The first time, I only made it to 1.5 mph and that was for a whole 30 seconds.Sometimes it comes on, sometimes it doesn't. The on light comes on the side of the unit like it's actually on so I know there's power there, but the LCD display is dark. Tried to use the remote too, and there's nothing.Tried to contact the seller through Amazon to return it and all they sent was a return label to put INSIDE the box, as the instructions suggest, and it said I'd receive a return MAILING label within 5 days. Yeah, that wasn't happening. After contacting Amazon again, they (AMAZON) gave me a FULL REFUND for the unit AND the insurance protection I purchased, as well.Now I'm still on the hunt for something to walk on, but it's surely not going to be one of these pads, sadly. I don't trust them now. I keep seeing mixed reviews on a lot of them. Sad but true. Good luck if you still purchase this piece of blank.

The media could not be loaded.  I recieved my treadmill today and I love it!! I am a small woman and I was able to push the box up 6 steps by myself. The treadmill was packaged very well and it was already put together. All I had to do was remove the box and plug it in. It is very well made and very quiet. I did not purchase mine to use under my desk. There is an area where you can put lubricant into it, but I did not add any and my machine works fine so don't worry if you don't have any. The only thing that I wish it had the capability to do was keep my progress if I need to pause the machine for a minute but that is a very minor issue. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this treadmill!

My first one quit and they provided excellent customer service and a quick easy replacement. I have not had an issue with the second. Works as intended and I like the touch pad ability if my kids ever lost remote. But also to keep in mind if you have small animals that may walk over it.

It is pretty heavy and not quiet at all. I was hoping for a quiet because I work from home and am in meetings all the time.I have only used it for a total of 6 hours and it is so loud.

The best part is that I can tuck it under my couch and you don’t need space for a gym in your home which I’m sure many or most people don’t.
