These bags are better than pencils boxes in my opinion for the classroom. I purchased them for my students and they seem to be holding up. I wrote on them with paint markers.

I use these bags for almost everything in my classroom. If over stuffed the zipper does easily break when a kid tries to close it. I use them for morning bags, and if the students put to many building blocks, the bags have been breaking.

I file and organize by color but need pouches for taking papers with me often so they are protected, and this is the widest variety of colors I have found. Zippers work many times without failing. I haven't ever had a pouch crack or tear - they are sturdy but flexible. This A4 size holds standard size printer/copy paper with some room to spare so papers can be put in easily and stay flat without bending the corners.
