This blanket is wonderful.Ive spent nearly 2 yrs on top of the duvet due to Menopause Sweats and Flushes.Im always too hot but can wake up frozen if I have no covers.This really works.I could sleep under it and as soon as I started heating up it cooled me down to a nice temp.I would highly recommend this blanket.I had really good comfortable night's sleep

I saw there wasn't any reviews and decided to take a chance. They warm side is like a terry cloth and the cool side is smooth and silky. When folded it feels a bit heavy, but is quite light once unfolded. The warm side isn't particularly warm as it is thin and you can feel the cooler side through it. Having said that its a decent blanket.

Got this for the wife as she was having bad night sweats due to menopause, she loves this, wraps herself up in it instead of a duvet & says that it keeps her cool all night, really great product

This blanket does cool you down but does warm up if you don't keep moving it.

Unlike others I've tried this genuinely cools and allows for a comfortable night in the summer.Recommend it with a fan for increased comfort

These warm nights have gotten me feeling all hot but this is excellent, the only downside is it falls off the bed a bit too easily

I love it cools me down, nice and soft

As a senior and having been very uncomfortable with the intense heat we've experienced this year I thought, with much scepticism, would give this blanket a try.It actually does work! Using it for sleeping has provided a bit of a cooling affect and I'm not as wrestless. Have also used it by day to cover shoulders or legs as a slight reprieve from the heat.It is a bit heavier than expected but maybe the weight assists keeping the slippery side in place.It washes up nicely.

Cool on one side, warm(er) on the other and soft on both. It's fantastic for the middle of the night when you heat up and need a cool touch. Great value.

It's OK as a light blanket for summer but it doesn't stay cool for more than a few seconds. Not actually cooling at all.
