No change noticed...Shipped quickly in a well-padded envelope.This was something I had high hopes for, especially in increasing volume. I'm sure the CoQ10 helped with my heart health, but really there was nothing noticeable that happened.Dosage was extremely simple with only one single pill VS some others that have you take two or three, and there was no bad aftertaste, so there's that.Perhaps if I took it longer than one month i would notice something but at this point I can neither recommend nor say avoid this product. Perhaps your own outcome may vary from mine. However, at 50 bucks a bottle, I can imaging there are more competitively priced products out there.
