Comfortable but doesn't breath
This fits well and is easy to adjust. It's help my SI joint pain so so much. My only complaint is that it's not a breathable material so when I'm active and sweat just a little there is a load of sweat under the belt. Having said that, I don't know if would still provide the same support if it was made from a different material. But less than £20 for more pain relief than oxycodone has provided is a win for me.

Waist band for back
Didn't really help sciatica

Secure. Doesn’t move and gives unbelievable support.
For a simple design it’s extremely effective.

Helpful
Straight out the box, I honestly didn’t think this would work. Playing with the Velcro, if didn’t seem strong enough and popped off. However, this isn’t an issue at all once it insitu.Makes my pelvis feel more stable and helps prevent pain. Can be a bit awkward as it’s not a back brace, but a hip brace, so it’s a bit more visible in clothing, fitting on the widest part of my bottom half, but I find a way around it for some pain relief.Price point is excellent. At point of purchase, others sellers were selling the same one for significantly more, so I chanced it with this first and I’m glad I did.

Item OK but made my pain worse
The item is made to an acceptable standard and good value for money but sadly despite trying it at different tightnesses it made my SI pain worse.
