First look says it is great
This balance Trainer looks to be exactly as advertised. The inflater is a bit cheap, but does the job. The backing board (flat side of trainer) is a bit too flexible to use it upside down but if the trainer is used only with ball side up, the flexible base does not matter. he runner or vinyl construction seems to be rugged enough but only time will tell.So far this device is working well, After six months or so I'll come back and update the review

An adequate cheaper BOSU
Bought this for Physical Therapy post-surgery. It's a bit clumsy, and seems heavier than an actual BOSU, but entirely adequate for my purposes. It's a little tricky to inflate but seems to hold the air quite well.

I'm a senior and bought this mainly to improve my balance. My balance is back, my legs and back are stronger. I don't get winded Climbing stairs. Balancing for 45 minutes or more is easy. I stand and put puzzles together.

The pump is cheap.
I will update the product after I’ve used it. This review is only about the pump and valve/plug.The pump is cheap and crappy. The force of the air blows the stoppers off the device. I ended up having to rig a bicycle pump to inflate it.The valve/plug was not easily identified. There’s no product information that says what’s in the box. I had to log into Amazon and read the questions to figure it out.I hope the ball works as described because this is a rocky start. 👀👀

Good equipment for balancing exercises
Came with a pump, and it's was delivered very quickly :) No need for the gym for now :)

AWFUL
I bought this product a while back but due to Covid have only just been able to use it. It’s AWFUL. What a waste of money. The pump broke STRAIGHT away and it smells on the dome. WAIST OF MONEY

the pump got stuck in the ball but after I pumped it up it was very good

When you remove the pump - the ball deflates. Are there not any plugs?
