It was easy to put together and not too heavy. Its structure is open and doesn’t intrude into your space. It is very easy to use and the longer arm rails made me feel more confident that I would not fall.

My sisters and I got this for our Mom who just turned 90. She had mentioned that she would like a treadmill to get some more exercise during inclement weather or to walk while watching tv. I did a fair amount of research and reading reviews on suitable treadmills. Our priority was to find a treadmill that would be safe and easy for her to use foremost, but also to have a relatively small foot print in her living room, would run fairly quiet, and be easy to move when needed. This treadmill has so far met all of those requirements. This model was a little more expensive than some very similar treadmills, however the extended handrails on this treadmill is what set it apart from the others. These extended handrails seemed to be an added safety feature to grab on to and aide with balance as needed and also to help with entry and exit to walking surface as well. Since our Mom still lives in her house independently and would be using the treadmill without assistance or supervision, it was important to feel confident that she could do so as safely as possible. The treadmill was delivered in great condition and packaged very well. Box is heavy and needed my brother-in-law to help deliver to Mom’s house. Assembly was pretty straightforward and in about 30 mins or so had Mom walking on it. She’s had it a month now and so far so good!

This product arrived earlier and was so delighted. Assembly was relatively easy with the help of the YouTube video. Weight limit was tested with our adult son who weighs the most among the three of us and delighted that it truly could withstand 300-lbs max easily. Currently, I am recuperating from knee pain of the past three months and love that I can do my exercise at the lowest speed for recovery. I love the screen display as it is simple to use. There is no annoying noise during operation so TV watching is not drown out while exercising. It size is just perfect for home use without the bulk. I will recommend this treadmill to anyone.

I purchased this treadmill so that wife, who suffers from lower back and hip pain, can get the "lotion through motion" workout that she needs daily. The treadmill is placed in an upstairs guest bedroom, takes relatively little space, and performs like a charm. The unit arrived with a minor defect, a small bent arm that needed to be straightened so that the console and right handrail could be connected at two points instead of just one, giving the assembled unit greater security. Once I got the manufacturer's attention, I received the go-ahead to straighten the arm and complete the assembly. The fix worked. Had it not worked, the manufacturer promised to do what was necessary to correct the problem. I appreciate that the company stands behind its product.

I gifted this treadmill to my parents, who are 71 and 72, and my adult brother who lives with them and has poor balance and mobility impairment due to a TBI from when he was a teen. Have been looking for a small treadmill with no bells and whistles to give them the option to walk and get some steps in. This tread was perfect. Pros:- is sturdy and comfortable when walking.- good motor power.- has the handrails for balance.- only goes up to 5.5 speed.- does not incline.- is very compact.- has emergency shut off clip.- shows distance, calories, speed, time.- can set you workout by mode, i.e., to complete 30 min, 3 miles, X calories.- has heart rate monitor. Cons: - has preset programs. Of note, if you use these the speed will go up and down. But we noticed that when in a program if the speed goes up too high you cannot manually turn it down. This happened two times to my brother and he had to step onto the side rails and turn it off. So they only use the regular manual mode now. Which is fine. - The tread folds but it has a screw in knob to lock it up. Kind of a pain, wish with was a pull pin or something. They keep theirs down. When I first tried to put it up two times it almost fell in my head. I may not have had it secured or in the whole way but be careful. - not necessarily a con but if you have your hands on the heart rate monitor you will see you heart rate and not the other mode information. The good news is the whole family has been using it every day since receiving it end of December. So I am thrilled. Would recommend for others. Lastly, setup was not too bad. I followed along with the YouTube assembly video using the QR code instruction provided. It is not super heavy. I was able to move to a different room after it was put together.

Easy to assembled and operate. The operation buttons are in easy to use positions (on,off,speed etc)

There's not many affordable treadmills out there that come with long handrails so this is a pretty good buy. We like it. Will update if anything changes. Only complaint so far is that the assembly was frustrating and my husband actually found it impossible to put together with the tools provided and had to use his own tools.

I was searching for a “no frills” treadmill and this was it! This machine is quiet and responsive. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another, but I would purchase the same. It is perfect for an energetic, great grandma.

Easy to use and assemble. Great for seniors as not complicated. I have the longer handles to hold onto; as I have poor balance and appreciate this safety feature. My walking ability has already improved, after just one week of use. Thanks.

The item wasn’t for me, but from what I hear it works fine. Took two hours to assemble.
