It’s nice
Easy install. I was under the impression that I was getting brushed silver but only one side was silver and it was the outside. I really needed the silver inside. I didn’t return simply because I’m too lazy and I had to install 2 of them.

Easy to install and use
Love this product! Put them on both our front and garage entry doors. I feel safe and know that no one has a key but me! Love that we can set temporary codes for different people.

Doesn't last
We bought a house and installed this door lock months later, the deadbolt doesn't even come out so the entire door lock is useless. The deadbolt sounds like it's locking but the mechanism doesn't actually move into the door frame.

Mixed feelings
I really like this door handle… except there is no way to lock it from the inside. :/ I like to walk around the inside of my house and night abs make sure all the doors are locked and I can’t check this one unless I go outside and check it. There is no way to check and see if it is locked from the inside.

Better than the $500 one my contractor installed!
This was super easy to install and set up. It is MUCH nicer than the stupid expensive one my contractor installed.

Great but bad instructions
Great product but instructions are so bad and it didn't have instructions on how to program the lock at all.I had to google a video and get different better instructions online for full installation.Other than that great product so far.

No more key
I had a window, Put in my door and needed a smart looking keyless heavy door lock. The combination is so easy. Being a senior and playing every time with a key was so hard . Now hands free it so simple

damaged product
This product came to us in a box that has already been opened and closed with tape the product was all loose inside and when we opened it, it looked like someone had exchange their old lock with the new one and then returned it. SHould this not be looked at before reselling it?
