I was really pleased with the product on many levels. The pink colour is pretty and the fabric feels durable. The opening action is easy using the button on the handle, however it is harder to put down (I found pushing the handle against my body and pushing the top towards me worked best). I used it all day in very hot conditions at Alton Towers and it kept me cool under my personal shade and I had no sunburn issues to deal with (I did also use a single application sun cream). The only other slight downside was the weight which was a little heavier than I expected. Increased weight can be the trade off for a substantial brolly, though, so I am hoping this means it will last longer in windy conditions.I would recommend this product.

Best purchase ever! I bought this item as I knew I was going to be in a long queue on a hot day to see Harry Styles. Without this item I wouldn’t have made it! They kept us cool for 12 hours in 28 degree heat! Other people around us were using umbrellas and they were still affected by the heat, these blocked all sun and lots of heat. They are a good size so my daughter and I shared one and we lent the other one to people around us who were feeling faint and it definitely helped them. Also used them during a thunderstorm the following day and they worked brilliant in that too. Easy to put up and down and the cover has a little zip which makes them super easy to put away too. Brilliant product!

Bought for my 19 year old nephew, in white (outside) black (inside) design. Looks manly enough, big, sturdy, apparently it's acceptable (fashion conscious kids are so picky these days). We bought this umbrella for the wife to use on a trip to Australia. It was lightweight, easy to pack, easy to carry, easy to use and perfect for blocking out hot sun. The black underside is a bonus. On our trip we were repeatedly asked where we obtained it from.

Very pretty and good to protect from uv.Well made but quite heavy. Button springs it open quickly.My wrists aren't strong and although the button closes it, I couldn't get it back into the handle without pressing the top against the ground.

I bought this to protect myself from the AZ sun in the summer and wow! I LOVE it! My other one is white (strictly for rain) and it was too bright, made me hot and I still had to wear sunglasses under it. This one is dark underneath so it provides great shade and I'm not squinting from the sun. I love that it has a bright, fun pattern of flowers on the other side. I didn't want a dark color on the outside because of the sun! Perfect umbrella for any sunny climate!

The colors are vivid, so I love that. Easy to put up or down. It really keeps the heat of me & I just used it in 90 degree weather. Over all I really like it.

I purchased this for a long day trip at a local zoo. I have very fair skin and can't have much contact with the sun. I got it on time and it seems like a pretty sturdy little parasol. I used it all day today, complete with multiple openings and closings as there are multiple indoor buildings. The parasol held strong through the whole day. Very happy with this product as sunscreen doesn't work for me, not even the strong ones. I am pleased to inform that there is no sunburn and it was actually pretty cool under it today, like having portable shade throughout the day without any sun at all showing through the fabric.
