Roof repair product
A quality product, at a price less than half it costs for local building product supplier. If you want to do a good job, its not as easy as the instructions tell you. I spent 2 hours pressure washing the garage roof first, to get it 100% clean, I then let it dry for a day. I used a wide brush to apply the product, on a clean roof this was easy, it still took 4 hours plus to do. After 2 weeks I gave it another coat. The product seems to be a success, its more than 6 months since I did the job, I have not had one water leak since it was done. I would use the product again.

Appears to do the job.
I bought this product and used in on my balconies. It is quite thick, say, like vaseline, I applied with a brush. It turns to rubber but you have to let it dry. So far so good. And a very good price compared with some other products.

Repaired my leaking garage roof
I had a leaking corrugated asbestos roof. around 3m x 20m = 60m2. Cost of repair was going to be around £800 with labour so I bought this and my more athletic friend gave the roof one coat. Took about two hours to clean the roof of 20 years of accumulated flora and then another two hours to apply the thick gooey paint-like material. Huge thunderstorm a few days later but no leaks. Second coat applied a few days later and still about 1/5th of the can left. It seems to cover a larger area than specified. Brush has to be thrown away afterwards - a good fix that cost around £300 including labour and the grey colour looks good.

Very useful product for waterproofing small areas.
Does just what it says! Easy to apply either with a brush or trowel & works well. Wouldn't recommend for large areas but great for small areas. It's difficult to get the lid back on securely & therefore dries out if left for a few months, so best if it is used in one go. Doesn't come off clothing so make sure you are wearing clothes you don't care about. Good product, quick delivery & good customer service.

but seemed like slow progress
Used it on a rubber type of roof covering on a portakabin, probably epdm ??After jet washing the roof covering, started brushing on with a 4 inch brush, but seemed like slow progress, so used a sweeping brush instead. Problem with coverage then occurs, as it can't be brushed out thinly enough. So I ran out and had to get more.Overal, seems ok and no more leaks.

Everbuild Roof repair
Did the job well, a lot stiffer than i imagined had to use a large paint brush which is scrap after the job and took longer than if i could have used a broom. So far 5 star job.

Roof Maintenance
Was quick and easy to apply, but even in the open air the fumes were quite potent(advise caution when using it). The product is sold in Kgs, but strangely the coverage is listed in litres, I was unable to find any info that gave a correlation between the two. Only time will tell how effective the product is in waterproofing my flat fibre glass roof( my roof was not leaking but I used it as a preventative measure since the roof was 23 years our).
