I already have a neck fan similar to this one and use it a lot but where this one is different is it has a water spray function. I left it to charge for a good few hours before tying it out (USB lead included). The first thing i noticed was the neck area of the fan is soft and supple and has soft rubbery nodules so it feels very comfortable when wearing and has not made my neck ache even when being worn for an hour +.There are two rubber stoppers that are easily removed for water filling, a plastic bottle is included for this purpose, the sides of the fan have clear windows so you can easily check the water levels. Now let's get on to how well this fan works. Regarding the wind speed, there are 3 levels, i would say it works really well and certainly kept me nice and cool in the heat. It's not overly loud, nothing too annoying to be honest.The mist function has 2 different mist modes and this felt pleasant and has a slightly cooling effect but on it's own i don't think you would get much relief from the heat, you can use both the mist and wind speed together and this i found to be more effective. So overall it's a handy little gadget that is blade-less, its easy to use, portable and can be used whilst on the go.

Ive tested a few of these fans, but this is the first one that has had the misting feature.I didnt think this would be that good, but today it is very warm and ive used this while out in the garden planting and it has been amazing. The mist has definitely helped me while gardening in heat. Is I am going to specifically use this one outdoors, as inside, I might feel the mist more irritating (or maybe it isn't hot enough at the moment and comes heat wave ill be upping this to 5 stars!)None of these fans are particularly quiet, though this is largely because they are so close to your ears rather than them being excessively loud. I have it on the mid setting and after while I dont really notice the noise. This isn't as good a quality looks wise as others I have had, but for the price point, with the misting feature, I think it is pretty good value.

When I first saw it I thought how long could you really have this around your neck, but it's sits on your neck like headphones and the air is nice with all the heat at the moment. It's easy to use and personally a good purchase for the heat. I use it in the kitchen when cooking

Great concept to keep cool when it's warm. Quite noisy but that's a given seen as it's right by your face. Quite a handy device for working in a hot environment like a kitchen too. I've tried a few different versions of these devices and this one can actually spritz water as well. Both fan and misting feature easily controlled by buttons on side of device. The misting feature is ok and you get a little plastic syringe to help you get in the water drip free. I did not think this necessarily set it apart though and in my opinion the fans weren't quite as good as strong as others I've tried. I did however think this particular model was exceptionally lighter than others (when there is no water in it) which could be a deciding factor for some. It has that slick white look to it giving the impression you're just wearing really trendy headphones. No battery required. It all charges via an included USB cable.

This is a good value neck fan and it works well, with the added bonus (or gimmick depending on your viewpoint) of being able to spray a fine mist as well to help further cooling. It is as noisy as some others I have tested - but has three speeds and is only noisy on the top setting. However this one does feel cheaper and lower quality build than some of the others I have tried recently.

A rechargeable fan that goes around the neck, it has three wind speeds and also a spray option and is really useful in keeping one chill. This is what it says it does on the page, and it does it well and at a good price.The quality is solid, it doesn’t feel cheap. It can last for a decent amount of time and since I only use this when I’m preparing food for the family, in the kitchen (so maybe 1-2 hours) it is always working. I can see that it would be very useful when the weather is warmer and it can definitely help to keep you cooler when you're outside.Just be sure to charge it for several hours before every session (or after). Having the options for speed control is really useful as I prefer to have it cool but not too cool.I am satisfied with this product and I see no discernable faults so it is an easy recommendation from me.

Seriously I got a kick out of this when I gifted it to my mother-in-law, especially when the spray kicked suffice to say it made an impression, and putting that aside it looks like an item that will cool her down for this summer for days to come.
