Dissatisfied
- First of all the menus in the watch app doesn’t translate all words correctly into my chosen language (which is Danish).- I can’t go to guidelines because the website won’t let me in because I live outside of US.- a lot of the words is in another language by default which I can’t distinguish and therefor can’t make out what it says. Even though I only chose English and Danish as chosen languages.- the watch keeps calling the two numbers I put in a dozen of times even though I turned off the SOS function?! (It’s super sensitive, it calls up numbers without me touching it)-

Great watch
I tried other watches that didnt work out this one is perfect for my son. I can track him it has great features talk to text video call talk and also a flash light i love that I can find him also. It can automatically call if he falls.

Clunky functionality; Band pops off easily
I did a ton of research on watches for my 9 year old. There are so many options, and I felt like this was a great one. It had some great features, but here what I found lacking:- The app is very clunky. Settings are buried inside settings inside other settings. One setting I set up had all the prompts for save/back/etc. in Japanese.- Even though I have an at&t account, you HAVE to set it up through the Angle Watch company and pay their monthly subscription fee. You can't add it like other smart watches to your at&t account. Also, I had a charge for the subscription, plus an additional charge in the UK. I'm not positive, but I think the billing goes through the UK so it was a currency conversion fee that I never saw disclosed anywhere.- The band popped off, out of the sockets on the first day. On the second day it popped out three more times before we even dropped my kid off to school.- The GPS tracker performed very poorly by not being precise, and not updating often enough. GPS tracking was one of the main features I wanted in a watch. Even with it set up to track him every 10 minutes, it rarely updated his location. And when it did track him, it was often a couple of blocks off from his actual location.I was extremely disappointed in this watch for the price we paid. We returned it after 2 days and are getting an Apple Watch instead. At least with Apple I know I can count on the functionality to be easy to use, the GPS is much more accurate, and I can add it directly to my AT&T account without a separate vendor for my cellular subscription.

Avoid, do not buy
Update 2: Still same issues. Getting it resolved through Amazon is useless. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spend your money on any thing else.Update 1: Battery drops to zero daily. Drops signal so it doesn't keep kid safe. I have tried many times to get a fix but this watch is not worth money, time I've wasted, and even looking at for child safety.Tracks child, kid can only contact 1 person because reaching to someone else is too difficult for my kid. Should be easier. touch screen isn't as fluid as a phone or other smarts watches and kid struggles to do certain things on the app.

Not compatible for AT&T
The IMEI is not compatible for AT&T, so the watch will not work.

Easy to use, safe and very practical watch!
I bought two Angel watches for my grandchildren and they are the best present ever!Very stylish, easy to work and I am greatly relieved that their Mum can check on them and they can communicate safely.Literally a game changer- I highly recommend!The children love them!

Junk. More chineese monitoring garbage.
It worked for a day. The app and watch were great, then all of a sudden, it lost video calling, lode the ability to monitor health via the app, it erased the contacts, it won't locate, chineese gibberish shows up on the screen when trying to video call, can't remotely get location, that ability is gone, the only thing that works is the phone calling. Half the settings in the app are gone. It pointless and junk. Tried a reset and nothing. It twlls.time and phone calls. For $200 and $20/month, it's a waste. And there is NO customer service phone number, just a message thru email. I wish I had made a better choice and NOT buy this watch....and I got two. Just garbage.

Great idea but not durable
The watch has great functionality: phone calls, GPS tracking and we were excited to buy it for our kid. BUT:After a month the touch screen stopped working. We were able to get a free replacement under warranty.The second watch had exact same issue but now, because the screen had a scratch, there were no replacement and I had to throw it in trash. Very disappointing.If it wasn't so fragile - would have been a great watch.
