Since I do not make items anymore I bought a few craft items like this for our yearly Amish reunion. I was amazed how many tickets were in the bag for these. It was a huge hit and I will get them again next summer.

This was a super fun craft kit for my nieces! The wood, chimes and rhinestones were all good quality and came together nicely, however, I would suggest different string than what is provided. The string was extremely thin and would not hold a knot. The did not come with paint (which I'm sure is an oversight on my part) and I thought I should mention it for anyone else who might have overlooked it. Overall this kit was nice and I would buy it again.

Well took a bit to put them all together only 12 but took me alone few hours the string that comes with them is not great at all tears, and frays, so makes it hard to string through the tiny holes. Also the 2 windchime part seemed better together on ad...when not as filling in real life. But still super fun craft to play and decorate with children and teen.

I bought this for my 4th grade bible school class to make, and it turned into a fiasco when it was time to tie the chimes onto the projects. The included string is metallic, and frays horribly. Pair this with teeny-tiny holes to string the strings through, and I had a class full of unhappy kids with non-working, incomplete crafts. If you think buying a pre-assembled kit will save you time, think again.

My 6-year-old granddaughter and I worked on these wind chimes together and had a great time. I learned she’s much more creative and artistic than I am!This set comes with 12 wooden fish bone shapes that are approximately 6” long and 2.5-3” wide, 12 ribbons to hang them, 12 pieces of silver cord to hang the chimes (you have to cut each piece into thirds), 36 tube chimes in 4 colors that are 3” long, a sheet of plastic rhinestone stickers, and 2 paint brushes. The inclusion of the brushes is odd since this set doesn’t include paint. We decided to use acrylic markers instead of paint and they worked great.She decided she will give these to mommy as a Mother’s Day gift but wanted to “make them bigger and prettier”, so we hung them on a disc. When the chimes were hung individually, they had a very quiet tinkling sound. When we put them together, they were louder but not annoying. She can’t wait for Mother’s Day, and I know my daughter will love it.This was a fun project that would be great for any age group, and I highly recommend it. For just under $12, it’s a good value!
