Defective product and worst response from the customer care
Defective product and worst response from the customer care. The battery have dent on it when I received and its not working when I put on Jiofi.When I requested for refund, they said the order will be taken back but no one picked it up. Now they are telling its not returnable after one week.Very much inconvenience

It's given one year warranty.Cann't say how much this product works.

Battery life
Good product . But you all know that it is only 2000 mh. Then for Samsung galaxy J2 etc phones are running well with this battery. You can buy it ☺️.

Its been a year , since i have replaced the battery.It is working very well . Backup is also up to the mark according to the mah capacity and the usage.Totally satisfied. ..!!

Terrible Capacity. Don't Buy
It is not having full capacity. Feels like, the battery has half the amount of capacity as advertised. The old battery that I replaced after using for around 5 years had more capacity than this garbage

Battery pin mismatch
Product and the claim warranty for 1 yr is good Unfortunately the pin on batter and the phone is slight appart. This does not help as it will not charge the battery and switch on the phone.
