The watch only works with their app, and their app NEVER works. After 4 complete re-installs of apps (inclusive deleting accounts and creating new ones) and at least 10 re-boots accompanied with each re-install and re-pair of the watch and app; it NEVER WORKED.The SIM card was properly installed and to cancel out other probably errors we tried direct mobile calling to the watch from our phones and it worked. However, in the app the errors persisted and continuously showed that the watch is offline; when we could clearly see on the watch that it was connected on WiFi, 4G mobile data and GPS.Without the app working well; the watch is thoroughly useless. Stay away.

Let's start with the size of the watch, my daughter is nearly 4, she's big for her age more like a 5 nearly 6 year old, the watch is big when on her wrist and she finds it a bit uncomfortable to wear! this could be that she's not used to wearing a watch though, tracking, calling, video features are abundant with this watch, the main reason we purchased is my daughter has a tendency to wander off in busy places, the GPS location is ok it gets you within 50 metres of the device. The call feature is excellent! You can ban unknown numbers, set allowed numbers only and that applies to texts as well, it has an emergency button that you can set to call a sequence of contact numbers i.e. 1st mum, 2nd dad, 3rd the police or grandma and so on, it cycles through the numbers stored until someone answers. Depending on your opinion the one feature I really like is the ability to call into the watch and listen and see where you're child is if your child has gone missing, you can possibly gauge where they are or hear where they are likely to be. The watch lacks interactive games which might be nice for the little one and help them to navigate the watch, Saying that do you want little one draining the battery playing games when the idea is to be able to find them if needed. App is a bit fiddly to set up but not that difficult, just install the app register everything before entering any numbers, once the app has registered correctly you have additional options in the app to set up allowed numbers and so on. I decided to use the smarty cell provider for the watch which is on the three network I believe and not had any issues so far. Great watch, would like more interactive features on the watch that could be managed remotely like games as I think this would engage the child to learn more of the features on the watch, but overall happy with the watch and would recommend as an alternative to a full blown mobile option.

For the UK, it only works with EE Sim, which could sometimes be highly unreliable, otherwise it's really great. Please be aware the battery takes up to 4h to charge from 0%.

Grandson loves this watch he can be tracked by his parents and make emergency voice call if needed. Parents feel happier about him walking home with friends now. Only issue was that the free SIM card wasn’t anywhere in the package …so that was just a bit disappointing

The media could not be loaded.  I am pedantic with my items especially things I buy for my kids. This watch was well used maybe refurbished. The sensor is scratched as no new item would be and it smells used. They have sticker on the screen and straps were new but for £179 you are seriously taking a mik.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter and she loves it, as do I. She thinks it looks good and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can Check if she’s safe at any moment in time. I’m buying them for all my nieces and nephews now as they all want one! Honestly best thing I’ve bought in years!

I bought 2 Angel watches for my 11 year old grandchildren, perfect designs and so happy that the watches keeps them safe and also protects them from online dangers. Easy to set up, all functions work perfectly.Watches are so cool, that many of their friends at school asked their parents for Angel Watches too! Highly recommend!
