Very nice looking item at a great price.

I received a broken item that looks like someone may have returned it. Very disappointing.

The heron itself is very attractive in my garden.It was a little difficult to assemble, I had difficulty screwing the posts together, but my husband was able to do it without very much difficulty. This might have been due to my arthritis.I love the design the fairy lights make when it is dark.. Very intricate.My only complaint is that the head does not have lights. So, at night, it does not look like a heron at all!

You can keep it tall or take away a length of post to make it sorter. I have mine at the shorter height and it looks really nice nestled in amongst the flowers, which help to hide the post. Easy to assemble and the solar powered light comes on at dusk. The light stopped working in mine just after a week, but I actually like the look of the heron during the day more then at night because it just illuminated the body and you couldn’t really make out exactly what it is.

This metal figure looks really nice and fits into the garden well. The lights are just a string stuffed into the body, but they give off a nice glow through the cut outs. It's a little smaller than I was expecting, but that doesn't really detract from it.My only problem with this figure is that the threading on the posts were not clean, I had to try a few times then ended up getting a wire brush to clean them out. Still didn't quite fit in right at first, but once the threads were started it went together well. And now that it is assembled it is sturdy and I think it will be pretty weatherproof.

We have a large front yard area with several different planting areas and garden spaces, and I like to put a variety of decorative pieces scattered throughout them. This caught my eye because it's different from many of the other pieces. It's easy to assemble, and stays put (hasn't leaned or tipped over). The solar lights work well, and I love how it looks in my herb patch! I would recommend it.

I like the tall height. It stands regally above tall plants. You could remove a section of the pole if you want to shorten it about a foot. The heron is attractive, even though the head colors are extremely vivid and a bit unnatural. The construction is pretty good quality and has the fairy lights inserted between the body shell. I wish the head had some lighting, because in the extreme dark, it looks like a floating egg. At dusk and when there is still residual light, it looks really cool.The design makes me think the lights could be replaced if they ever failed. The light quality is somewhat subtle and the cut out pattern on the body of the heron is nice.

It is a nicely designed heron solar light and well made. Looks very attractive during the day, but at night you can only see dimly lit lights in the body area, which makes it not as attractive at night. All and all, I love the look during the day and think it’s price is worth it.
