Stella & Chewy's SuperBlends Raw Blend Wholesome Grains Wild-Caught Whitefish & Salmon Recipe with Superfoods, 3.25 lb. Bag

I really did my homework before starting my dog on Stella, as soon as I saw the new Super Blend I switched to it. My beagle loves the chicken/Turkey & this whitefish & salmon. Have not yet tried a red meat choice yet. We mix a small amount of the honest kitchen stew in with the super blend. She goes bananas for it! Was seriously considering Farmers dog but this is very healthy, also has whole grains but No Legumes which some studies are questioning some health issues when feeding legumes to dogs. Yes a large bag is pricey but our dog is a beagle so it does go a long way.

I have a 14-year-old American cocker spaniel, who could not lose weight with everything I’ve tried including home-cooked food. I decided to try this because I could store it but my dog loves it so much that it has become her primary food with maybe some chicken or healthy vegetables. She has a waist line again.

Excellent quality dog food

My dog loves this food and it seems to agree with him. Only downside, his stools are a bit soft so we’ll see how it goes.

When I opened the bag, it wasn't as pictured and described. Dig through it as much as I did, I found not a single one of the "superfood" freeze dry raw bits. Not one.

Our oldest dog has kidney issues and we're trying to steer away from beef/chicken based kibble.We ordered the Stella & Chewy's Raw Whitefish & Salmon with hopes he would eat it (he's annoyingly picky). He likes it! Our younger dogs like it, too.I recommend using a scoop and not touching the kibble with your hands, as the fish smell then requires a handwashing. But rest assured, the subtly fishy odor of the kibble doesn't linger in the air, and once the dogs eat it, the odor is gone. It doesn't stink, it just smells like its ingredients (as it should).At less than thirty bucks for a 3-lb bag, this is far less expensive than the freeze-dried stuff on the market, and in my opinion, of equal quality in terms of ingredients and the company that makes it.

I put this out and my dogs were immediately interested. My little Chihuahua immediately came up and stole the raw pieces. I like that the ingredients are pretty clean, I'm not sure about the sunflower oil (it can be inflammatory in humans) but I love that fish is the first ingredient. Overall there are a lot of good ingredients in this. Stella and Chewys also have a good reputation and I had been thinking about trying one of their raw blends for my dogs so I was happy to get the chance through Vine. My dogs both seem to like it and I like feeding them healthy so it's a win-win. The bag has a nice seal too, for keeping it fresh something I find helpful. I definitely recommend this food.

I could never afford to feed my 3 medium to large sized dogs this food on a regular basis but they do enjoy this food and the raw bits especially. Wild-Caught Whitefish & Salmon is a great flavor for 2 of the 3. Fishy flavors cause more pickiness from one of my 3 dogs. I love that this particular bag supports immune system and digestive health.The ingredients are superior to many other brands. Whitefish is the first listed ingredient but there is also flaxseed, organic blueberries, organic broccoli, organic beets, organic carrots, organic spinach, organic squash, organic cranberries, chia seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, salmon oil etc etcThe Whitefish & Salmon are natural sources of omega 3 fatty acids and a great source of minerals and vitamins.Overall a excellent choice! If I had one small dog like a Yorkie or Pom I would be better able to afford this as a maintenance food.

My pup developed pancreatitis and is no longer able to eat Stella and chewy frozen raw so we made the switch to this kibble and oddly enough this particular recipe superblends is only available here on Amazon in Canada but going from raw to this was not hard thanks to the amazing food Stella and chewys always makes customer for life

My pug puppy likes this brand. Because of quality and the cost I have to be choosy. Piper seems to eat this with out any hesitation.

Received the food and slowly transitioned my Spanish Water Dog to this food. Within a few days he started with diaharrea ... Within a week he was having bloody stools. We immediately stopped using this food and put him on plain rice to settle his stomach. We then changed to another food and his stomach has settled. Beyond this experience, the food has a strong fish odor. So if your dog is a grazer eater like ours, not great for keeping a room smelling fresh.
