Bought this item at the sale price. It arrived broken. When trying to contact seller, we were told several times we need to speak with Amazon. Amazon assured us we needed to speak with the third party seller. Finally, Amazon contacted the seller for us. They told us they would send out a new product but only at full price. They wouldn’t allow a direct swap, even when the broken item they sent was completely unusable.Plastic seems flimsy and easily breakable. It will not take much wear and tear from a dog or weather. Also the directions are very poor.It’s a cute design in the pictures.

I was super happy with this when we first purchased it. Then a storm came through and it ripped the top off. It's plastic so only way to fix was to screw the top to the bottom. And it's not holding very well. It's not sturdy at all. It's cute but if you want quality, skip this one.

The instructions are useless, pieces are broken, I would be shocked if it lasted a year even if it hadn't come damaged. We just needed a shelter for our ducks so thought something cheap would work but it was a waste of money.
