Amazing and mighty. Read whole review
Update..I just have to tell you about how amazing the customer service was with great circle USA. They are the product manufacturers. I've had my cart for about 2 years I have never been nice to it. And it has stayed running like a champion. However for whatever reason my charger stopped working altogether. I was not able to talk to anybody in customer service Because Of the virus. Their offices have been closed. However they take email. So I sent them an email with the model number and all the information to find out how I could order a new charger. They then sent me out a brand new charger and thank me for my original purchase. When it arrived it turned out that they sent me a ballast. I sent them a new email informing them of what I had. And what I needed. I also made it perfectly clear that I was more than willing to pay them for the new charger. However they sent me a brand new charger once again for free did not ask for the ballast back. And they apologize for the mix up. I now have a new charger and my batteries are charging As I write this. Since the arrival of my cart I have had to talk to Amazon customer service and great circle USA customer service. I have had a wonderful experience with both.I just received my package today. It was a day early so that was excellent. However I've never received a package in this state of beat up.However the factory packed it very well so little damage was actually done. But there is damaged. The box that holds the batteries. Is extremely flimsy. This was broken in several places and one whole side doesn't function at all. The blue cage Kart bed feels decent. However the sides that you pin on and off. We're already bent when I got them. And I don't think they could withstand any misuse at all. I have seen plenty of plastic made items that were more robust. I honestly think that they are going to tear right off and this is going to be a flatbed only.Since the battery box was broken on arrival. Some of the batteries have fallen out and the wires were dislodged. So I had to unscrew everything and put it back together. They use only one color battery cable. So I didn't know whether to wire in series or sequence. Not that difficult if you know what you're looking for. It does not say whether it needs to be on or off when it's in charge. I assume off. I have been charging for 3 hours with no change in indication.Okay so when I first got the card it was broken. But it's not that much different than electric golf cart. I finally got it working and then tried to see what it could do.What I found out was amazing. Discard can do anything as long as you think about it. The sides and tailgate for the cart are terrible. They're very weak and flimsy. Everything else is more than excellent. For instance it says that it can only handle a 15 degree slope. I easily had it on an upwards of 80 degrees slopes. I've climb steps with a load. No way to actually tell what my loads have been. But I would average around 300 pounds per load. I have an 8-acre property. Many Hills and I was able to get an entire down tree. From the back of the property all the way back to the house. I had to cut it up and it took a lot of trips. What was amazing is the terrain was able to cover.I believe this cart could do anything you want it to do. As long as you're willing to figure out how to make it do it. I took the sides and tailgate off of mine. Took an old wheelbarrow. And installed that onto the platform. In a manner I'm able to take off when necessary. And that worked great for me. I do backfilling foundations. And I am absolutely going to take this on to my next job.I have no idea Under full load how long the batteries will last. However I also don't think that that's an issue. If you think you're going to be using the cart over such long periods of time. I a second set of batteries. They are extremely easy to install and take out. If you always have a second set then you always have a full charge.I sincerely have to get some pictures of what I've done. Because I have taken this card everywhere and put it through an amazing amount of challenges. It has come through as well as my skid steer does. It has power. If you've ever been using a two-wheel tiller and had it grab and jump. This can do the same thing.I'm sure my review started off Rocky as if I wasn't going to like it. But this has to be one of the greatest things I've ever ordered off of Amazon. Hands down this will help any job. It is exceptionally easy to load into the back of a truck or van if you have the space. I am absolutely taking this to Lowe's with me anytime I have to pick up anything. It's much easier to handle them their carts inside. If you're thinking about buying this cart. Buy it. It's absolutely worth it. Whatever the job is it will work for you. There's really not enough good you can say about it. And it's very quiet. But the power is amazing. If you could make the ramps sturdy and long enough it'll haul shingles right up onto a roof. Absolutely worth every penny you will be very happy with your purchase. I hope the review is helpful and I'll have to get some pictures up so you can see the different sized Hills I've had this go up and down.So I've read a few reviews saying that the cart works for a couple of months really well and then just stops working. The wires connecting the batteries are just push connections. They absolutely can will and do come loose every once in awhile. I can honestly say it takes less than 5 minutes to open the battery box reconnect the wires and go. As long as you're not getting this unit wet I'm pretty sure it will just continue to work until the motor goes. Of course the batteries that are in it are common batteries that do wear out. But having worked with a battery several times I'm certain they have around a 2-year life cycle at full charge. However if you never let your batteries wear down and charge back up your range for high-use will be very low.I am still beating mine up every other day and it begs for more abuse. Simply put I would wager that some of these complaints are more operator errors. Not a true picture of the cart.

GREAT WAGON! Some Issues...
Out in the country this wagon is about as necessary as a cat, but for entirely different reasons, of course. With it's huge mud-digger tires and plenty of torque, the wagon powers over rough terrain and even several inches of snow. Useful as a wagon, a dump wagon, or a flatbed this little wagon can really do it all. Best of all, the three-wheel, tadpole design yields great maneuverability, allowing you to get up close to your loading zones and turn around in places you thought you’d have to avoid. The price-tag was a little high, but we wanted a vehicle to use instead of our lawn tractor and wagon. We were looking for an electric option and the Landworks had all the features we wanted. Cheaper than another lawn tractor, we thought we’d give it a try.The out of box experience was not good. The carton was badly damaged in shipping and it wasn’t long after opening that I found that the battery box was crushed. Everything in the carton was packed with great care, but strangely, the heaviest assembly in the entire device was secured the least. The rubber tires were packed with layers of high-density foam, but the battery assembly was left on its own to face the trials of UPS.Customer Service at Landworks answered promptly and had a new battery box on the way in no time. I’m sure they have the packaging up to ISTA standards now, as we were told that we were customer #1. Armed with a fresh battery box, I set about assembling the unit. Assembly was pretty easy and most of the bolts were the same size, so tool swapping wasn’t needed at all. I’m ashamed to say, I was a little confused about the side grates. They’re removable, so you can use the wagon as a flatbed, but they only fit one way, and, as you can guess, that’s not the way I chose to assemble the wagon the first time. One small item; the free-wheeling steering wheel has an open bearing with a grease fitting. There is no mention in the manual of greasing the bearing, but it is shipped dry and is an open ball bearing. There is a fitting, so fill it up full of grease. I was also worried about the brake on the free-wheeling caster wheel, it is very close to the surface of the tire and I was worried that snow would get packed in the clearance. We had a freak snow with several inches, so I loaded up the wagon full of wood and drove a load from the barn. The wagon performed fantastically! The wheel did not bog down with snow, and there was plenty of torque to drive through several inches of snow. I can zip this little wagon into a two-car garage between the cars and drop a load of wood at the front of the car. I can’t do that with a lawn tractor.Pros: Highly maneuverable, versatile, quiet, plenty of power, long battery life, and great customer service.Cons: Poorly packaged, soft steel sides. For us it’s mostly used for hauling logs and firewood. Without question, I would buy the wagon again.

Large heavy (130lbs) box that was received in fair condition.
Assembly was straight forward with a fairly descriptive manual. All small parts were included in a zip lock bag. Once assembled, took it out for a run as the battery was fully charged from the factory. Controls are nicely designed and very easy to use. Unit has nice torque and very good speed especially in the forward position. Will load up the cart with firewood and see how well it handles 300 lbs plus. Stay tuned and hopefully this will continue to impress.Update 4/14/19-The cart has very good torque with plenty of power with a full load (300lbs) of wood. Ran numerous trips and it never hesitated even on a slope. Ran the unit a total of approx. 45 minutes and batteries still show a very good charge level. Only issue is with the side doors. Even though packaging was padded very well, the heavy weight of the motor and frame still shift inside the box. All the side doors outside frames were damaged along with part of the screen. I am sure this is a chronic problem with this unit for two reasons. One, the doors are very light weight and almost useless since they bend so easily. Two, the doors are unable to handle any shifting/movement within the box, so the likely hood of damage is high. The cart is amazing and a real back saver. One more important note for this unit. The four batteries are standard 12 volt sealed lead acid design. This means that replacing batteries are straightforward and you do not get price gouged with proprietary batteries from other companies. I still give it 5 stars even though the side doors are very thin and light weight. Update 4/26/19-I have used the cart for numerous projects. Firewood, bark mulch, medium size stones, tools and bags of loam. It handles everything perfectly. No issues with power and maneuverability under all loads. I have yet to charge the batteries after numerous projects. Customer support is also available for any questions you may have regarding this cart. I found it best to email and not call directly. Update 6/13/19-I continue to use this cart on a large landscaped property. Have only charged the battery three times in two months. Cart runs strong and makes my workload so much easier. I am amazed on the versatility this cart provides. Moving granite paving products, stumps and logs, heavy landscaping tools, mulch and loam. It does it all with little to no effort. The price versus value is just plain outstanding. There is nothing in this category or price that competes with this product. My only modification was the the outside panels and base platform. Now I can move just about any product with ease.

I would buy again
Firstly, I was very impressed on how well the unit was packaged with lots of from fitted plastic foam. If you are an old guy like me you'll probably need help unpacking. I had to cut the box away. The base unit is heavy which is composed of the basic frame, battery & box and main drive components. The unit seems fairly well constructed and fit together well. Took me a couple hours to complete but I'm not working fast. Secondly, the instruction booklet was pretty straightforward except for noticing the writer was obviously "English second language" and didn't quite get the drift on how to explain to an English reader the clear meaning of the instructions. Still not too bad, considering. Made in China so the words are composed partly with Chinese verbal structure. Take it slowly and have a chuckle. Thirdly, after I finished assembly, the unit wouldn't run at all. I finally checked the battery box and found one of the series battery cables disconnected, probably at the factory to prevent battery discharge. No mention of this in the instructions so I had to scratch my head for a while over this. So if your unit doesn't run, go into the battery box and check before getting upset. Finally, I would buy this unit again and would have given the "features" a 5 star rating if not for the instructions and battery issues. Haven't yet put it to the test but other videos seem acceptable for my needs. Being a 3-wheeler it seems to be a little tippy at the control end but I'm expecting the handles to compensate for that. I may consider adding castor wheels to he control end corners.
