From the packaging to the setup to the machine itself, everything is beautifully designed and easy to use. I really appreciated the canvas bag the machine came in, which made it easy to pull out of the box and carry it onto the kitchen counter. The initial cleansing cycle only took minutes and the brewer was ready to go. I love the touch screen and all the customization options available: you can make your brew hotter, stronger, less acidic, adjusted for ice and so much more. So far I have tried the Euphoria Espresso which I highly recommend. I mixed it with some oat milk and made a killer oat latte. Delicious. I also tried the Ethiopian light roast. Very tasty as straight black coffee, but then I added some cold foam creamer and was blown away. It rivals the $8 cold foam brews from SB. I love the color and design because it matches our kitchen aesthetic way more than the all black Nespresso machine. The wood touches really make it feel premium. The brewing process is much more quieter than the Nespresso machine and is a bit faster as well. I also love the peace of mind of disposing the pods straight into the trash. I'll admit I haven't kept up with the disposal method that Nespresso has where they send you special bags to put their pods in and mail back for recycling. But with Bruvi, you're guaranteed the pods are landfill safe so you can throw them away confidently.The one criticism I do have is that in the disposal tray, I have noticed some excess water pooling in there, but it's nothing a quick rinse won't fix.In summary, I highly recommend the Bruvi to anyone who's in the market for a single serve brewer or looking to replace their old one. It's a beautiful machine that looks and feels premium. And as someone who's owned Keurig and Nespresso machines, Bruvi makes some of the best espresso and coffee brews I've ever had.

I was in the market for a new coffee maker for my classroom/school. I really wanted the convenience of a maker that uses pods but I was reluctant because my previous “pod” coffee experiences were not good. They were not good simply because of the cleanliness of the maker, the weakness of the brewed coffee, and the flavor. Also, throwing pods into a landfill was not appealing and does not align with my value of taking care of our Earth. However, here I am. I purchased this maker based on the information regarding the actual coffee in the pods, the versatility of the maker, and the design of the maker focusing on cleanliness and pod design. The quality and flavor of the coffee is much higher than the standards that I have tried before. The flavor is really good and rich, not watery or bitter tasting. I have had the Wonderland-De La Casa, the Mulholland Colombia, and the Mulholland Ethiopia so far. The Ethiopia blend is my favorite. Being able to customize the drink and choose the temperature, low acid, Americano, stronger, iced, and cold brew is a plus for me. I often drink cold brew but I was never able to get it just right with my traditional drip coffee maker, being able to select cold brew allows for the perfect strength when poured over ice. I really do love this coffee maker. The quality of the coffee makes me enjoy this morning ritual even more and I find myself savoring my coffee more than ever before. The machine maintains cleanliness too, there is no hard water build up or staining from the coffee anywhere. Another feature that I value is the ability to connect to wifi and start the brewing process remotely. The app is very easy to use and I love seeing a notification saying that my brew is ready, it’s like a gift to myself. Lastly, I use a 16 ounce travel cup everyday and I like that it actually fits. It fits because the tray at the bottom is removable, great feature. Investing in rituals (when they bring you joy) is definitely worth the money. I adore this coffee maker, it is simple to use and it is definitely a must buy if you are considering this type of maker.

I just got my Bruvi, and I’m already obsessed! The white design is incredibly stylish and looks great in my kitchen, definitely more modern than your typical kitchen appliance. The touchscreen is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the options. I love the customizations available, especially since I prefer iced coffee in the summer but sometimes want hotter coffee when I’m headed out the door. The setup was quick and easy—I had my first cup within 5 minutes, and it tastes SO GOOD. The flavor rivals my local coffee shops, and I’m excited to try the different flavors and types of pods available.I've had both Nespresso and Keurig machines, and while they're convenient, neither comes close to the flavor and quality of Bruvi coffee. The water reservoir also seems bigger, which means fewer refills, and the adjustable drip tray is perfect for my travel mugs.I'm so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it!

I actually love the Spellbinder B-Pods they have, as it's some of the best espresso I've had, but unfortunately the machine seems to have engineering defects and is completely unreliable. They sent me a tool to clean the needle that punctures the pod as it often gets clogged, creating an error code on the brewer. This has happened on both of the units I've had. The 2nd unit also will not close properly and I had coffee spray all over my counter recently. I had to unplug the machine so it would stop spraying everywhere. Overall, not a great experience given the initial price of the unit and the price of the pods themselves.
