Well made ,liked the detail at front and it is a good size

A good-looking bin, which opens down at the front. As my headline says it is quite small, but more than enough for one. I am very happy with it but probably NOT suitable for a family with voracious children to make piles of sandwiches and toast!

Wasn’t sure where to order because of some reviews. So glad we did, it’s looks lovely and is well made.

Couldn't understand why the first thing I saw when I opened the bread bin's box was a loose shelf support pin. All was revealed when I untied a length of string which had been placed around the bin and tied around its door knob. Instead of fitting hinges, 2 shelf support pins had been used for the dropdown door. Holes had been drilled in the bottom front of each side panel, and in the bottom edge on each side of the door panel. So, basically, a product designed to support shelves had been used to act as a hinge, and one of them was loose in the box because there was a split along the bottom right-hand edge of the door panel where it had been drilled to accommodate the shelf support pin.As soon as I untied the string, the door panel dropped forward, revealing a piece of cardboard on the right-hand side which had been formed into a wedge. Presumably, this was used to wedge the door in place, suggesting that the manufacturer had been aware of the problem with the split in the wooden front panel.In addition to the problem with the door panel and shelf support pin, the general build quality of this bread bin was atrocious. There was a visible gap at the front between the top of the left-hand side panel and the top panel. Also, there was a similar gap at the the front between the bottom of the right-hand side panel and the bottom panel. To make matters worse, the bread bin was wobbly when placed on a level flat surface.Apart from the use of shelf support pins to act as hinges, the basic design concept of this product is good, but the build quality of this particular bread bin was atrocious and I cannot understand how it could have passed inspection at its manufacturing stage. Perhaps this particular manufacturer does not bother to inspect the quality of its products before packing them for sale!As this bread bin was unfit for purpose, I immediately contacted Amazon to arrange for its return. Under the circumstances, I did not have enough confidence in the manufacturer to request a replacement, but opted for a refund instead!

Nice looking breadbin. Good amount of storage and being able to us the top of it is excellent.

A nice piece of kitchen equipment. Does the job. Neat and nice.

be aware that the back and part of the base appears to be hardboard. base construction makes it difficult to remove bits of bread etc, you have to tip the whole box up.

Porta pane perfetto, con le scritte e i disegni in rilievo,ha un bel pomolo per poterlo aprire .Sono soddisfatta! Unica cosa negativa é che la prima volta è arrivato rotto ,poi l'ho ordinato di nuovo e questo è arrivato perfetto e ne sono soddisfatta!

superbe boite a pain , joli bois , pratique , a trouvé sa place sur le plan de travail tout de suite et c est pratique pour éviter que le chat grignotte le pain !!!! le pain se conserve bien et c est assez grand pour le ranger

Erfüllt genau meine Vorstellungen u. sieht sehr gut aus. Vor allem, dass man oben auch noch gut etwas lagern kann ( Butterdose oder Brotkorb). Vielleicht könnte man noch irgendetwas anbringen damit die Klappe auch bei guter Bevüllung zu bleibt. Freue mich jeden Tag über den Kauf.

J'adore ma boite à pain. Avant tout, j'ai eu peur de l'arrivage car on ne voit qu'une seule photo sur le site donc on ne sait pas trop comment elle s'ouvre et ne voit pas l'interrieur mais je suis contente, vraiment pas decu de l'avoir acheté
