Perfect fit and works great!
This generator / starter for our EZGO Golf Cart was the correct part and it fit perfectly without any modifications. It starts and runs reliably. Highly recommend it. Good quality part. I'll update my review if I have any issues.

The generator quit working after a couple of months but the company stood by their warrenty and issued a full refund for the part purchased. Was pleased with this outcome.

Perfect for club car 2004 DS
I have the Kawasaki FE290 engine..easy install..works great! Super well packed in box...Packed tightly in prefit foam blocks...I think that was very important for it to arrive OK, bc the part is so heavy that the outside box was kinda beat up during shipping. Recommended.

It let the smoke out
Product worked for a couple of minutes then smoke started pouring out of where the brushes were. If I wasn’t quick with taking the battery cable off it would have started a fire. Further inspection showed very cheaply made internals shorted out. Don’t go cheap to save a couple of bucks just get OEM or you might get… burned.
