yep, it is easy to adjust. If the wrist is small, you can stretch the rope to both sides to adjust the bracelet so that it can be worn directly. If the wrist is slightly larger and the rope cannot be worn directly even when stretched to its maximum, please pull out one end of the rope directly, then place the bracelet on the wrist, and then pass the rope just pulled out through the H hardware to fix and adjust it to a comfortable position for you to wear (if the explanation is not very clear, please refer to the video to wear it, thank you)

Q: Could it be the gift for girls?

Yes! The 2 ends are adjustable so any size wrist will work. Now if it’s a very young girl it might be to big
