Work without a glitch even on stress, power glitches and broken enclosure
This this is just reliableIf put removed it from external usb C enclosure and used it with a buggy computer that has a underpower powersupply and it still works like a charm even after several crash.I replace the powersupply thou right after it seem to have destroyed the drive enclosure and this thing still works in another enclosure.

Great Storage at a great price.
I'm using this in an Acasis Thunderbolt 4 enclosure with a fan. I've only had it a day but with a little bit of setup it's super fast considering it's in an enclosure. The enclosure keeps it nice and cool and I checked the speed after I'd download a vm that was 500gb. It is three times as fast as my Sandisk extreme pro but it's also a lot more expensive. For me it's worth the money.

Performs exactly as advertised! Best Nvme Gen 4 8TB drive for significantly less money
I'm surprised I am the first person writing a review for this drive! I wasn't familiar with Oyen but seeing this drive has TLC NAND it gave me confidence since this is the best chip. Then I watched a review on YouTube of this drive where they clocked the read/write performance to the advertised spec and that's when I decided to purchase this drive. I clocked read speed at 7140 and write at 6498 on a PCIe Gen 4 Lenovo P620 Threadripper using the m.2 slots on the P620 motherboard. As long as you're using PCIe Gen 4 you will get the performance advertised. It is fantastic value for the money with the same performance as drives costing hundreds more. I ordered a second one.

Inconsistent transfer speed
Housed in ACASIS 40Gbps M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure with Built-in Cooling Fan, large file transfer runs at close to 2,700 MB/s for about the first 800 GB. Then it drops down to about 600-1,000 MB/s.

Initial Purchase/Install great - longevity TBD
So I installed this drive into my PC on Monday September 25th 2023. So far works great, as advertised. Storage space is adequate, the install was easy, my PC picked it up no problem. I've already moved several terabytes worth of data onto it for gaming. I will revisit this down the road, either in a couple years for longevity, or whenever or if ever it breaks I'll let everyone know how long it lasted. If need be, I may buy a heat sink for it at some point, but I'm going to Let It Rock for now. Solid purchase so far.
