Looks good, easy to use!

The charger seems to do the job as far as charging the car goes but the companion APP is a joke and completely useless. Aside from features that don't work there are misspellings as well as words incorrectly used. The APP's interface (GUI for you tech nerds) was obviously designed and programmed by a developer whose English skills were rudimentary at best.Additionally, it would be nice if the device had an ON/OFF switch. There is really no reason for the unit to be "LIT UP" when it is not in use and even though this thing lives in my garage I find the fact I can't turn the big indicator light off truly annoying.I would give the product 1 Star but it did charge our car to full capacity in about 6 hours...so that is a good thing.One last thing, the mounting hardware supplied is only good for a block or concrete wall. If you are going to mount to drywall you are going to have to improvise. If you are not, "handy" with tools and familiar with hanging heavy things on drywall you are going to have to hire someone to mount this for you.

I like the unit and it was easy to install by a qualified electrician. I had some questions about turning the unit on and installing the app. The customer service representative seemed like he wasn’t the least bit knowledgeable about this product.He could not answer any of my questions put me on hold several times and then said that I would get an email with answers to my questions within 24 hours. Email answers does not qualify for good customer support when problem-solving is needed in human interaction Weeds needs to be available.If I had known this about customer support, I would’ve gone with a different product even though I like the unit.

This unit is absolutely amazing. I'm particularly fond of its truly one-of-a-kind appearance. I decided to purchase it. After using it for some days, I can say that the product's functionality exceeded my expectations. The charging speed is fast, just as advertised.

I gotta say, this product is amazing! I've tried other chargers in the past, but they never quite hit the mark for me. After scouring the internet for hours, I finally came across this unit. The charger's app is super user-friendly, which is a huge plus. By the way, while using the app, I encountered an issue with scheduling a charge, so I contacted customer support. They walked me through the process with patience and professionalism, and I really appreciated their friendly service. All in all, I am a customer!

So hands down, this is one of the fastest charging stations that I've had the pleasure of trying! Everyone (except me🫣) in my immediate family has already hopped on the EV wagon and though I was on the fence, having this charger is making me a little more comfortable with the whole idea! The biggest feature for me is that it doesn't need to be hardwired and so, with the plug, I cab actually use my solar generator to charge and that's just too good to be true fir me! My brother used it for his Audi and the 1st thing he said was "Let's trade☹️". 😂 He already has an excellent charger but this one does take up a bit less space and again, it's not hardwired which pushes it to the top of its class! Overall, I put this definitely in my top 3 wall chargers! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS product🤩👍🏾
