So I've had this spray mop for a couple months already before reviewing it and let me just say that it's perfect. I love that you can use it wet or dry and you can put any floor cleaner that you like and save money not buy refill after refill. My daily go to especially after having our carpet removed and replaced with wood flooring, helps keep floors clean.

This works great, it very study and sprays well. It’s very lightweight and has a good pole length. I like that I can use my own cleaner and the pads are absorbent and washable. They seem to hold up well in the washing machine as well. The head swivels well which makes maneuvering corners and furniture easy.

This is a great product. Easy to clean, easy to change the mop cloth, easy to use and well designed. Delivered the product as described in the description. Recommended product. I enjoy this product while cleaning my floor without any hassle.

The media could not be loaded. Instead of stopping every now and then, to wash the dirty pads, I can just put a new, clean one on and continue mopping. I can do that a few times and once my floors are all clean I can just pop all 4 dirty into the washing machine & they are ready for next time I need to clean my floor 😀. I love the sprayer, I add my favorite cleaning agent pinesol, into the water and just spray clean water all around my floors as I mop.

I really wanted the option to use two different solutions, water with a little vinegar for laminate flooring and a disinfectant for tile. This product seemed perfect, and two different colored pads was a real bonus. Unfortunately, the spray mechanism is just garbage. It's easy to put together, and the first 20 or 30 times you use the spray trigger, it seems to work well. I stored it upright in a closet when not in use, and I didn't put harsh chemicals in it. The sprayer just doesn't work. Sometimes, if it's been sitting for a long time, it will give one normal spray. Then it's just leaky dribbles. It's completely unfit for its purpose. I even returned the first one they sent because of this issue and received a replacement. Same issue with the second. I had hoped it was just that I got a lemon. Maybe some of them work, but the quality control must be pretty poor for me to get two such lemons.I'm sorry I chose this product. Waste of money and time. I should have heeded the reviews that identified this problem. Now it's just a dust mop with a weird plastic receptacle, because it can't serve as a spray mop.

What I dislike about this product is that I have reported issues with the spray mechanism, such as it becoming clogged or not spraying evenly after some time. This can reduce the effectiveness of the mop and might require maintenance or replacement. The water or cleaning solution tank is sometimes considered small, requiring frequent refills during cleaning, especially for larger areas. This can be inconvenient for me with extensive floor space to clean. I find the microfiber pads to be on the smaller side, meaning more passes are needed to cover large areas. A larger mop head might be preferable for those with bigger cleaning jobs. Lastly the spray pattern and amount are usually fixed, so I cannot adjust how much cleaning solution is sprayed onto the floor. This might lead to either too much or too little solution being applied, depending on the cleaning task

I love that it comes with two tanks for different cleaners and 4 microfiber clothes you can wash/re use. I was happy to find this for everyday cleaning. a much better option than swifter where you cant refill tank and have to purchase cleaner and mop head over and over. on the con side - it is a little flimsy but for the price, I am very happy with this purchase
