Instructions Need to Be Improved But Worth It
They need to include simple additional instruction: remove material from back of chair slightly--it is attached with velcro. Once you do this, the rest is very simple. And the result is beautiful. Chairs look great in my law office.

Love the chair - perfect for home office - affordable and good quality. However, I was very dissatisfied with shipping carrier, FED-EX. They held the item at one of their facilities for 7 days without ANY updates.

Durable and very nice looking, very firm in the seat
We bought 2 of these chairs for a home office. They look great and are very durable. For an office these are perfect, people won’t be sitting in them too long. I wouldn’t buy them for a living room as they are not the most comfortable for sitting longer than 30 min or so
