The customer support is amazing I emailed them at 12am and got a response 2 minutes later. They answered my question and resolved the issue the next day at normal business hours (LOL). Unfortunately I received my chair with minor chips and scratches but it's not anything too bad. The chair itself was easy to put together and feels amazing. :)

I bought this for the built in foot rest. I work from home and comfort is needed. It was super easy to assemble, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. The only thing I don’t like is the fabric being crème instead of white. Otherwise happy with the purchase.

Pros:• Very attractive chair, the white one can go in any setting for a clean look• Arm rests• Easy to assemble• Extendible footrestCons:• I've had it for about 2 months, but the chair leans to the right• The armrests are wobbly• I'm afraid that the foot rest will become loose over time and break(I think thats inevitable).• The plastic lumbar adjuster behind the back of the chair is very hard, and not comfy on my back. This is probably my biggest concern.Overall: Even with its faults, this chair is very cute and I would most likely buy it again. I love the way it goes with my surroundings and its a fair price.

The color is a cream yellow versus an ivory so it didn't work in my room but their customer service has been great to work with.

I love all things pink- but sometimes they aren’t comfy. This one definitely is! The only thing I recommend is keeping the Allen wrench because the arms come loose if you are like me and like pushing back or leaning back in your chair a lot. I have had it for almost 2 months and have already had to tighten the arms once.

the chair is very pretty and matches the colors i wanted perfectly. however the center of gravity is off so when i pull the foot rest out to use it, the chair feels like it’s tipping forward. i still use the chair just without the footrest. another thing to note is that the seat is totally flat and not well padded so if you require any sort of ergonomic seating, you’ll need a cushion for this chair.

What is better than a chair with a foot rest? Nothing. I always sit cross legged so it's nice to have a chair that I can do that in, without my thighs being crushed by the chair arms. This thing also leans all the way back. It was quick and easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the only two options for the back of the chair is to lock it when it is straight up or to have it unlocked. Given how far back it leans, it would be nice to be able to lock it at a different point, so it could lean back without having to worry about going all the way back. Overall 10/10, I would recommend, and I would buy again.

I looked for months for the right chair, was nervous to buy this one, but it’s great! Love the leg extender. Back is comfortable. Just wish the arm rests were able to be adjusted for height.
