Fail, spins as well as things that barely spin
Technically does what it says it does, but badly.It "is" padded.It "can" swivel.Fits top of Lowe's 5gal blue bucket well enough.Your butt will spin on the fabric before the 'feels like garbage' plastic bushing allows the seat to spin.I had to grab the sides of the cushion while turning to force it to spin.I dunno...maybe I'm not fat enough to create enough friction to make it spin?What do you think? Does this poorly designed camo swivel bucket top make me look fat? Probably...
