Amazing Illustrations and exercises explanation
I just stumbled across this book looking for something to help me get back into exercises with easy routines. I am 64 and I need of a full knee replacement on the righr side and a partial on the left. I cannot stand, let alone exercise. This book, however, show easy exercises and well explained with note for people like myself that might have some problems. It really seems like the author knows me and made the book tailored for my needs.Alessandro seems well experienced in personal training and exercise, so much that I also bought the Wall Pilates book!Love it

Simple and effective
A very well described set of exercises with good diagrams. The daily program is easy to follow and helps motivate.

Good introduction/ reintroduction into yoga. Easy to follow exercises, well explained application and pictures too. Very good following knee operation and back injury, gets you moving and motivated again

Really helpful and informative exercise book, particularly if you aren't very active.

This book has many typo errors and is poorly written. Hard to understand and you have to keep referring back to different pages to do the exercises.

Great exercises, but unfortunately my chair was to high for most of them so made some awkward.
