I purchased this swing and another one almost identical to it, for my daughter's first child. One for her home and one for mine when she visits. This one was so much better quality even though they were the same price. The head and neck support on this one is very good, it's easy to assemble and take apart, and it works very well. The music, timer and swing functions are very good. I gave this one to my daughter and kept the less quality one for our home since she'll be using it more. Do your research and make sure you look closely at the extra parts of these swings. They can make a lot of difference.

Super comfortable my infant loves this swing chair. He uses it everyday and looks around the house. It plays music and rocks side to side. Very practical and nice swing. Love the belt on it. I find him sometimes falling asleep in it too. He loves this one and we love it too haha

Love the comfort and sturdiness of the swing. The swing has straps for baby safety. We received the item as a gift; the value for the money spent on the item was reasonable. It was super easy to assemble and we love the net attached to it. Would highly recommend this item as a gift idea or for purchase for baby.

This swing was great, my baby loved it and enjoyed the sounds and toys.

Good product for the price, definitely durable, light weight, easy to put together , medium sized , cleaning is easy.Can either have it plugged in or battery operated, performance is just like described.Has a harness to strap them kiddos in (for safety) and seems really comfortable (to my baby )

To start, I want to mention how simple the assembly is, only took around 5 minutes... really grateful for that. Very straight forward functions like music, volume, and rocking/ cradle speed. The remote is a great addition, I've never come across a swing with a remote.However, there is not enough head support for young infants (my daughter is 1mo old) her head kept sliding from side to side so I used blankets for support. And the cradle/ rocking feature is really lacking. It's a very subtle side to side motion with a kind of "jerky" stopping point. And I must admit I wish it rocked at a higher speed. Overall, I needed this to be able to set my baby down to get stuff done around the house but it just doesn't soothe her at all. Only had it a few days and I tried it so many times. I really wish this worked for me because I'm desperate but it just doesn't. Still a decent price for this item.

My son loves this swing. It definitely comes in handy when I'm cleaning up and the it's even better that I can play the music he likes through it. I'm glad that I took a chance on the swing it's really convenient and easy to put away.

The media could not be loaded. I would rate this swing right now at a solid 3.5 for the money (about 80 dollars). We have the ****roo at home and purchased this one for grandma’s house, and my review references some differences between this one and the one we have at home that may be helpful for others. The version of this swing I purchased (seen in my photo and video) has a black base, and if you look at all the positive reviews, you’ll see that the majority if not all of them with photos are for swings with a gray base that is a completely different shape. I purchased the swing based on the seller’s picture, so I got the swing I was expecting. However the positive 5-star reviews for the grey base swing are not necessarily matching my experience with the new version I purchased. The fact that the reviews are almost all for a different version escaped me when purchasing. Pros: 1) incredibly easy to put together! Love the inclusion of the wrench to tighten the screws since we shipped this to grandmas and didn’t know what tools would be available. Set up in under 10 minutes. 2) cover is washable. If you’re a first time parent, trust me, it’s worth paying a little more for things to be *easily* washable. 3) swing has multiple incline positions, which is really helpful if you have a baby with colic or acid reflux like we do. This is something that IMO is superior to our swing at home. The reason is that this swing’s incline is increased by essentially “folding” the swing forward by hinges at the center of the swing, moving the baby’s back and head forward into an assisted sit. This feature is of course NOT for infants or babies who aren’t already getting into this position by their own power, so little tiny newborns would probably be better off in the ****roo, which is egg-shaped and the entire “egg” is made to recline back or further forward. Essentially, this swing changes the entire position of the baby from flat to assisted sit if desired whereas the other really just changes the incline. 4) the motion of the swing is gentle and fluid and it’s a nice bonus that it comes programmed with a few lullabies. 5) it is QUIET. The swing we have at home has a louder motor sound. It actually kind of irritates me. This swing is extremely quiet. This swing sounds like a gentle breeze and the ****roo sounds like a cyclone in comparison. Event though both swings are quiet this one is way quieter. 6) the safety harness is 5 point, not 3 which is what we have on our ****roo at home, and honestly, this is my favorite feature of the swing. My son in the photo is 3.5 months old and just under 15 pounds, and he is already rolling and sitting up almost unassisted, which is not common for his age but every baby is different. The 5 point harness keeps him safe and in this respect, the swing is far superior 7) LOVE the canopy and netting to use outside … but that brings me to my “cons.” Cons: 1) the swing is supposed to be able to be cord free with the use of 4 AAA batteries. This was an important feature along with the netting because I wanted to take the swing out on the covered deck while we were outside. So far, the swing has NOT worked on the batteries. When I put the batteries in, I had to force a couple into the compartment. It was like the compartment was just a little bit too small, and I’m thinking maybe it’s a manufacturing defect. IF this swing could actually work on batteries, I’d give it 4 to 4.5 stars. 2) the swing does not have much variation in speed and no variation in the type of movement, which will not work for some babies. 3) the netting doesn’t stay up well unless you are going to actually create the “bug shield” and pull it over the bottom of the swing.Overall a good swing, but would be great if the battery compartment was actually operational and you could use the swing without an outlet or power bank. That was the unique feature that caused me to purchase this swing over others, and unfortunately it doesn’t work. Otherwise my son loves the swing.
