I got these supplements to try as a new addition to my skincare routine, as I've tried plenty of cleansers and moisturizers but never any vitamins. As directed, I took one capsule each day after breakfast, every day for a month. The capsules were pretty small and didn't have any noticeable taste or smell, making them very easy to swallow.After going through the whole bottle I can't say that I've had super noticeable results, though I had pretty clear skin to begin with so it might have a more obvious impact for folks with blemishes or breakouts. I researched the ingredients and it seems that The Nue Co. has done an excellent job of packing all kinds skin care benefits into each tiny capsule. I found other skincare supplements that had some of the same ingredients, but The Nue Co. is the only one I found with this particular blend. As far as I can tell the ingredients seem to be what you'd expect, I don't have a way of testing them but I haven't had any issues or reactions. So despite my lack of obvious results I would still recommend this, as the ingredients should be beneficial for most.

Very expensive for a skin supplement. Seller should consider lowering its price. As for the efficacy, not sure yet. i just tried this to see what it would do, nothing yet, on my second bottle already. Seller, do you give a free trial bottle ?

As a disclaimer, I of course can't be totally confident that any of my observations aren't a Placebo Effect - this goes for supplements in general.However, I always seek out the highest quality ingredients for supplements - in general, the way the manufacturer sources and combines ingredients matters a lot when it comes to the efficacy of the supplement. This brand does seem to be quite thoughtful in the way they create their supplements. Their ethos aligns with what I look for - they try to be as scientific as possible, and have an Earth-centric approach to producing their products, with a focus on naturally and sustainably derived ingredients. For example, this supplement has a proprietary blend with extracts from two fruits I had never even heard of. It also contains vitamin A, which is known to stimulate collagen-producing cells (however it only contains 50% of your daily value of vitamin A).Personally I have not noticed any discernible differences in my skin, though I did not have any issues that needed to be resolved. I really like that all of the ingredients here are vegan - this is not the case with many supplements. I will definitely be looking out for this product in the future.

Beta-carotene, zinc, vitamin-A all *do* have proven benefits for your skin, but the percentage amounts in this aren't that high; you'd be better off eating carrots and taking a regular multi-vitamin. Their website specifically states you should be taking this for at least 2 months for best results (this would be over 80 $ on their website..)Personally, I have not noticed a significant difference as someone who already has eliminated most internal & external sources of acne and has a regular skin-care routine. I think for most you'd be better off saving the 80 $, going to a derm and getting prescribed tretinoin; I believe most people in the reviews are experiencing a normal temporary hormonal & blood flow boost to their skins texture and look, which if you menustrate with any degree of regularity is going to happen every few weeks regardless lol.For me personally, the base price is not worth what I imagine is going to be very minimal change, and I will not be purchasing it again.For someone with the bigger disposable income, I think they would be fine to take, but take note that there's nothing super unique in the mixture-- again, you could take a vitamin (which will already have vitamin-A, C, zinc)Grape seed extract? General anti-inflammatory. Melon is iffy (maybe UV protection effects in some studies, but you could just use sunscreen..) And again, you could just eat a melon itself lol. If you're very busy, I would almost rather suggest a drink supplement rather than these, as you'd be processing a fuller amount of nutrients.They taste fine, honestly I think they're good actually, a little sweet. They don't upset my stomach or anything and I'm very prone to nausea. I doubt the efficiency, but they won't hurt you.

I waited until I finished this whole bottle before writing a review. Easy to swallow, on the larger side capsules, no bad odors or taste, and no adverse effects on my stomach. Now on to the good stuff, skin feels more "plump," no breakouts while taking these, and nails feel stronger, too. Really good beauty supplement that I'll continue to take.
