not safe without that brackets
1, I paid for "all new" item but got one with a bunch of footprints on them, obviously NOT NEW. 2, the "instruction manual" is a big and UGLY mess and impossible to understand. 3, MISSING PARTS! I got connecting pieces but short a connectiing bracket, this is not safe without that brackets. NOT recommended at all.
