GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was initially concerned when 3 boxes arrived and I was missing major parts. The 4th box arrived the second day. Gazebo is packaged well. I did have one scratch but the company responded quickly and resolved the issue. There is no phone number to call everything is done via e-mail. However, they are quick to respond and resolve your issue. I liked this gazebo because it can hold 2500 lbs on the roof. It does snow here so that was a major reason I bought it. I can recommend this brand of gazebo and the customer service is great. It will take you about 3 days to set up and follow the instructions step by step.

Really Pleased so far.
Hoping to answer a couple of things you might not have thought of… Seems Very sturdy! I do not yet know how it will hold up in very much wind but the metal roof will greatly add to its stability. Installed on a wooden deck, corner posts fastened with deck screws. The frame material is slightly larger than some others are and the triangular corner posts do provide additional stability. There were dents in two frame pieces but paint was not marred, nothing of any real concern that hindered installation nor visible after installation completed. Two others installed this for me so I cannot attest to ease of or difficulty of the installation itself. The privacy curtains are in fact beyond what I expected for quality, material heaviness, quality zippers, the way they are hung with metal grommets in all the curtains (no elastic bands to stretch and wear out). Wide Velcroed tie backs of the same curtain material for the privacy curtains with separate same material Velcroed tie backs for the mosquito curtains. Happy how very room darkening those curtains are. To hopefully alleviate some of the heat radiating down from the metal roof as previously reviewed, I’ve hung a thermostat controlled window exhaust fan from the ceiling hook.

Hard to assemble.
Initially they did not send instructions. But, the seller was right on top of it and send a link for the instructions. Super great gazebo. Really love it. The downside: unless you have the patience of Job, this is not the project for you. It is very difficult to assemble, and you must have at least 1 helper, preferably 2.

Not an Easy installation with bad directions, however in the end it Looks Great
I did the installation by myself, about 95% of it, the product looks great and would have been much easier and faster if the instructions were clearer. Do not get me wrong, the product was and looks great.Start by taking everything out of the boxes and make sure that you have all the pieces and it makes it much easier as the build gets moving.Mistake that I made was to not look at the video first, wasted three hours attempting to put the first level roof panels and netting, the video explains how to do it, it also straightens out some of the documentation deficiencies, Once I viewed the video a few times it made it much easier. Each metal roof panel requires this clip to seal them to the frame, I used --"LEXEL Elastic Sealant" and let them sit over night or four days. (Rain and Work got in the way). When adding the screws to the frame from the metal panel make sure that you add the spacers when you add the first panel and make sure that the screw matches and use the correct screws.I used an electric drill with a hex bit, placed it on #2 when screwing in the roof.Overall, it looks great, and it was worth the four days that it took to put together. I have added a few pictures.I must thank my wife and sister for the assistance in getting this Domi built.Good Luck!Regards,Raf

Once put together love it
When you order waiting for delivery try to have someone available to help with delivery. FedEx don’t care about your package so far as I had to file a claim luckily nothing was damaged after opening all 5 boxes.Once opening boxes take the time to organize the framing in a garage and all the hardware prior to assembly also to inspect for any damage. All my parts were accounted for. Also take a few minutes to glance at the directions. Does come with a Allen wrench and small wrench. As per directions states you will need to or more people help and two ladder. LOL….Unless you’re a tall person a 6 ft A frame ladder is not high enough I used a portable scaffolding along with a sheet rock lift to hold the framing rails in place while assembling. Made it easier rather than trying to hold during assembly .The directions are not very clear . You more than likely going to needs another set of eyes to look at them.I had 2 other guys helping and my wife looking at directions when we were scratching our heads. When the framing was complete which took about a day and half. Came the roofing part which really sucked the roof panels have a plastic piece that is supposed clip on when installing the panels the clips would fall off. If I was to do it again probably would glue the clips to panels prior to installation. But overall would I buy again probably would patience is key

Read reviews and save time!
My husband and I are early 30’s, well educated but not particularly handy individuals and this took us 9 hours to assemble start to finish. My best advice is to read the reviews for tips and tricks. These were some of the most helpful for us:1. Unwrap and organize all of your parts in alphabetical and numerical order first. We have a large deck so we were able to organize and assemble all on the deck.2. Don’t bother with the curtain hangers until the frame is complete and upright.3. As stated many times, don’t tighten bolts until the end of your task.4. Be careful not to drop your Allen wrench down in the frame leg…… you will be digging in your junk drawer for another one.5. Because of the materials, there were some dented parts and a piece that wasn’t entirely punched out. We found a rubber mallet and a flathead screw driver to be very useful to have on hand.
