My daughter’s boyfriend (19-year-old streamer) told me I had to have a better laptop/computer to support 4k. I got less than 4k quality with this webcam. I have a $500 Lenovo. He said his computer was $2,300 & that his cheap webcam similar to this one works well. I don’t know if what he said is true or if I did something wrong.

The camera will not stay in focus. So when you are in a meeting, the camera constantly keeps focusing. This causes people on the other end to request that I turn my camera off. This is terrible. I wish I kept the box so I could send this back. It's a decent camera but the tripod is not sturdy. It looks like it about to break.

I've been dealing with my Mac built in camera for some time with not so great quality. The Nisheng camera was super easy to set up. I took it out from the box and plugged the USB straight into my computer and it came up right away. No crazy setup for it to work.PROS:-Easy to set up-No batteries required-Way better picture compared to my computer camera (the left is the Niseng, and the right is my computer)-The picture comes out brighter and crisp, even in low light situations (like my room is in)

Picture and voice is clear and great if you are close enough to the camera. When we placed the camera on top of the TV, we had to move closer to the TV for best picture or volume. We decided to purchase an extension USB cord so we could sit on the couch further away from the TV. This allowed us to move camera to the coffee table and be closer to the camera. It's still a great value and we are very happy with this purchase.

I bought Nisheng 1080p camera for myself to use while zoom meeting. My Surface Book laptop (Windows 11) is connected to an external ultra-wide LG monitor which doesn't have a built-in camera. Installation of this web camera is very easy (plug & play) and the image quality is really amazing. With the built-in noise reduction microphone, it is really good for the video conference calls. Highly recommended!

Great video and sound quality. I am happy with this product.

I must say I have used webcams in the past but this one is top of the line. Great value! I has auto adjust and 4k HD image. It even comes with a tri pod. A+++

This review is based on the fact that the camera quality started out good, but in a month has developed a yellow hue that I have not been able to figure out how to fix.Can the Seller contact me and help me trouble shoot or replace mine if it is indeed defective?Thanks.
