The sticky part does grip onto my shirt pretty well but the buckle is plastic and it's really hard to get over my bottom shirt button. Biggest problem is when you move around, you will tug on your shirt fabric and in turn, pull your shirt up right along with this belt. Maybe if you make your pant belt super tight it would help keep this belt from pulling past, but that would be very uncomfortable. While I do find that this helps keep a little more fabric tucked than before, I still have to re-tuck just as often. Guess my next step is to try shirt garters.

The headline says it all. It just didn't hold the shirt and slide up above the pant waist. Didn't work.
