Amazing book!!!
I was looking for some Wall Pilates exercises with low impact on the body for my aunt that had in the past some injuries on the hip joint and a few muscular problems due to weakness and instability.I realised that the fear of exercise has been growing in the last few months as some articles online, and other fitness books were giving her exercises too advanced, letting her feel too weak and demotivating us.I bought this book a few days ago and I have been using daily since.Very clear, nice and concise instructions and you can really tell that the author is a fitness professional that knows exactly how you would feel during the workout!We are at day 5 of the challenge and I am sure we'll keep up until the end! I notice some changes after day 3 and my aunt says she felt like she was rejuvenated and connected to her body!Amazing book, recommend it if you are looking for wall pilates exercises - seniors or beginners.

Rediscover the joy of movement with this personal trainer!
The media could not be loaded. I had been looking for a book on Wall Pilates for the last few months but found nothing suitable or satisfactory for seniors. In fact I was left disappointed by the lack of quality and variety offered.I bought this books a few days ago and am impressed with the quality! The exercises are well explained and the illustrations are very professional.This book has everything I needed...clear explanations, understanding of the challenges I faced during workouts, some motivational tips that really help and that I started to apply from day one. Its really helped me start doing low impact exercises at home without risk of any more injuries.You can tell that the author is a professional and I look forward to reading anything that he is going to publish in the near future.

The Best Book on Wall Pilates
Amazing book! The step to step instructions are very clear. For someone like me that needs clear guidance it was amazing.I have been looking for many YouTube videos, and bought book on the topic. I was always disappointed as I couldn't do all the exercises because too advanced or required equipment (they promoted then as wall pilates when they were simple exercises)This is the only book that really comprehends exclusive Wall Pilates Exercises that I have never seen or done before.The way the book is structured makes me also feel motivated to workout.... something very rare and uncommon for me!I bought a few other books on wall pilates and this one stands out for quality of details, clear instructions and also you can really tell that it has been done by a Personal trainer. Definitely worth it!

Love it! This is a book of Wall Pilates that has many exercises and a workout plan!The exercises in the "how to do it" section is very clear. Also the notes on how to breath is extremely helpful!Very glad I bought this book

Easy to Read and Effective
Got this book for free while was searching on Amazon and nonetheless it was a simple read with simple exercises that I can hand out to patients I work with in the elderly population.

Great book for maintaining strength/good posture
