Don't waste your money Very hard to adjust to fit. Copper is very stiff. When you try to adust the copper goes wonky and the fit is then uncomfortable. Too bad I was looking forward to this ring

It started out good
I was really excited when I got this as I had heard copper and magnets were good for achy joints. Unfortunately, I had to return it as it started turning my finger green within 2 days.
