I originally bought this for working out but quickly realized it helps a ton with my back pain! Sure there are back braces and things but I never really considered any of that, just figured I'd live with it. But this really changed things for me. I use it for grocery shopping, heavy lifting, long walks, or whenever my back is just killing me. No one can ever tell I'm wearing it under my tshirt. Normally has me sweating like crazy while feeling light as a feather, funnily enough. I'm 5'11, 250lb as of writing this (up to 280lb while using this product) and it's always fit me great! I've found it can roll up a bit with excessive movement but it's a pretty quick fix. Would buy it over and over again just to walk through a store or clean the house with less back pain. Of course the weight lifting is infinitely easier with this bad boy too.

Smells kinda musty after a couple uses but looks well made the thickness of the material allows for excess sweating. Covers most of abdominal. Adjustability allows for tightening as you get smaller. Overall great price.
