Works well. Could be myself, but i still find my thoughts racing when trying to sleep, so I take a small amount of melatonin, but my body feels heavy. Feels like I get better, longer sleep. I seem to have a lot more dreams as well though out the night

Very good supplement. Do your research first off. Hmb has been out for years. This is a very good blend of hmb plus vitamin d3. I recommend blending this with creatine monohydrate. You will definitely fill the benifts as far as seeing the benefits you have to keep a good protein intake and a good diet. This is one of my top supplements that I use along with creatine monohydrate. Also check with your doctor to see if it's safe for you.

I read up on this supplement a lot. I saw post that says you have to almost do 300 mg for it to work. The highest I could find was 100. So I bought this supplement I tried one hundred I tried 200 and then 300. The 300 just made extremely and weirdly agitated. I will not buy this again. I will not buy this again
