This brush is has gentle bristles on it. The curve in it works for great handling. The carrying bag is good. Only used the cleaning device once but it was of good quality.

The perfect handheld brush
The wooden part of the brush fits nicely in the hand. The bristles are soft, but strong enough to guide the hair. The little comb is great for cleaning the brush, but it is also wonderful to comb the scalp for a delightful, tingly feeling!

Very Pleased With This Purchase
As nice as the more expensive brushes. Much better than plastic. This is the first time I've ever purchased a brush like this after looking in several stores and barbershops at over-priced $20 brushes - but my son all of the sudden decided her wanted waves and I'm on a budget - and I'm glad I found this one. He's had in for a couple months now and it still looks good as new. The wood is sturdy and clear coated so it doesn't absorb and water or hair product and the bristles do not fall out. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
