Nice sturdy and comfortable Aussie style hat like for like replacement for previous hat

This is a serious bang for buck broad brim hat.It holds it's shape and is moulded well.In general the hat fits and wears well.The only issue is a leather patch that sits on the inside of the hat on your forehead, the edges of that patch need to be bevelled as it is a bit rough whilst the hat is new.

Oh what a hat, I love this thing.Was caught in a mountain downpour and the thing kept the rain out my face and my head dry, no leaking at all.Fits like a dream I was on a boat for two hours wind in my face and it didn't shift and without feeling like it was crushing my skull.On critical thing I have the only reason it's not a perfect 5 stars is breathability, it waterproof yes but in the sun this get quiet hot and there is no real airflow for your head, that said....I'll wear it again and would recommend to anyone.
